Position Overview
The Clinical Specialist (RDCS Certification Preferred) position is key in understanding and meeting the clinical needs of customers within an assigned territory. In this role, you will collaborate with Territory Managers to demonstrate FUJIFILM Sonosite products, finalize sales, and ensure a positive customer experience. Post-sale, you will manage client relationships and drive the adoption of FUJIFILM Sonosite products.
Note: This position is open to candidates who currently reside in the Ft. Lauderdale, FL to Greater Miami, FL area as it serves as a central location for the territory's business.

Essential Job Functions:
- Collaborate with Territory Managers to understand prospect clinical needs, demonstrate FUJIFILM Sonosite products, and successfully close new deals.
- Implement FUJIFILM Sonosite products at customer sites and provide training on their use.
- Manage post-sales activities, encouraging product adoption and addressing customer issues to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Support the Territory Manager by building and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Convey the overall value of FUJIFILM Sonosite products to users and stakeholders at customer sites.
- Assist Inside Sales Representatives in product demonstrations in the field as needed.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers and collaborate with the Territory Manager to pursue them.
- Provide Clinical, Technical, and Educational support to customers when necessary.
- Support other areas of the company as needed.
- Act as the primary commercial resource in the absence of the Territory Manager.
- Ensure compliance with the company's quality system requirements.
Knowledge and Experience:
- 2-year degree from an accredited ultrasound teaching institution.
- RDMS certification in Abdomen/OB GYN is required.
- RDCS or RDCS eligible, RVT or RVT eligible preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in diagnostic ultrasound (Abdomen/OBGyn/Vascular).
- Experience in managing multiple requirements and priorities is essential.
- Ability to understand both clinical and business needs of the customer and FUJIFILM Sonosite.
- Skilled at translating customer needs into clear product requests.

- Exhibit professional skills necessary for effective interpersonal interactions.
- Adapt swiftly to changing priorities and workloads.

- Willingness to travel 90% of the time.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive with minimal supervision while fostering teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
- Represent FUJIFILM Sonosite professionally at all times.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year based on experience, plus variable bonus opportunities.
Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location; it is not typical to be hired at or above the top of the salary range.
Insurance: Medical, Dental & Vision, Life & Company-paid Disability.
Retirement Plan (401k): 4% automatic company contribution with a 50 cent match for every dollar contributed up to 6% of salary.
Paid Time Off: Accrue up to three weeks of PTO in your first year, increasing with years of service.
Employee Choice Holidays: Four additional paid days off based on hire date in the calendar year.
Paid Holidays: Eight paid holidays per year.
