A company is looking for a Claims Examiner (OSGLI).
Key Responsibilities
Manage a book of pending claims to ensure timely payments
Process decisions on claims and approve or deny payments within authorization limits
Conduct investigations and gather necessary documentation for claims
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience preferred
2 to 5 years of claims management experience preferred
Ability to analyze data on claims and make appropriate decisions
Strong customer focus skills with high empathy for customers
Excellent PC skills and strong working knowledge of windows-based applications
