Creative & Healing Arts Program Coordinator
Join the Stanford Health Care team as a Creative & Healing Arts Program Coordinator and make a significant impact on patient experiences through the transformative power of live music. Under the direction of the Manager, you will assist in managing and integrating programs within the Creative & Healing Arts department. This role requires strong leadership abilities in financial management, communications, scheduling, and event oversight, as well as fostering positive relationships within our organization and with external partners. Your coordination efforts will enhance the quality of patient care by facilitating live music performances that encourages and promotes a calm, supportive atmosphere. Collaborating closely with our patients, visitors, musicians, and clinical teams, you will help create a low-stress, positive environment that supports healing and recovery.

What You Will Do
Education Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree.
Experience Qualifications
Four (4) or more years related work experience in development, office management or customer service

Base Pay Scale : Generally starting at $48.26 - $62.73 per hour. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
