Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions. Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash posting and reconciliation. Exhibit the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Apply strong analytical skills to review and resolve payment discrepancies. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers regarding cash applications. Utilize problem-solving abilities to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards in all cash application activities. Work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.

This role is fully onsite in Fullerton, CA. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities :
- Process and apply cash receipts accurately and efficiently across multiple locations.
- Reconcile customer payments and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the collections team to ensure accurate account balances and timely payments.
- Maintain detailed records of all cash applications and adjustments.
- Generate reports and provide analysis on cash application trends and outstanding balances.
