[job_card.job_description]Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) and separate sick leave CME allowance and professional development funding Licensure and certification reimbursement Malpractice insurance coverage Consistent weekday schedule with optional four-day workweek Relationship-based, high-quality model of care Strong clinical support and collaborative, mission-driven culture Opportunity to make a lasting impact on women s health in the community Provide full-scope gynecologic and obstetric care for patients of all ages Conduct annual wellness exams, contraceptive counseling, and fertility assessments Manage prenatal and postnatal care in collaboration with supervising physicians Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions using evidence-based practices Support patients through transitional life stages including menopause Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EHR Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical development opportunities Active Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based NP program Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in OBGYN or women s health Demonstrated competency in both gynecologic and obstetric care Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills Preferred : Spanish language proficiency (not required)

A mission-driven women s health clinic in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP) to join its dedicated and collaborative care team. This role offers a predictable weekday schedule with the flexibility of a four-day workweek option and the opportunity to deliver inclusive, patient-centered care across the full spectrum of gynecologic and obstetric services.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range : $120,000 $160,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
