Entry Level Sales Associate

At Spark Approach, we're seeking an outgoing Entry Level Sales Associate to join our growing team in Albuquerque, NM. We partner with top telecommunications providers to bring the latest technology to customers, while offering a customer-centric sales approach that fosters honesty and genuine relationships. With years of industry experience and a solid track record of providing quality sales solutions, our company thrives on delivering exceptional service and results in the telecommunications space.

As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for your own growth and development, using your communication skills and passion for customer service to help drive business success. You'll be on the front lines, working directly with customers to provide them with the best products and telecommunication solutions. Here's what you'll be doing :

  • Engaging with customers : Build strong relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored telecommunications solutions.
  • Delivering exceptional service and sales support : Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way.
  • Managing sales orders : Efficiently handle sales transactions, installation scheduling, cancellations, and product adjustments.
  • Driving growth : Support business and sales growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling telecommunication products.
  • Collaborating with the team : Work closely with fellow associates to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the success of the team.
  • Maintaining telecommunication product knowledge : Stay up to date on the latest telecommunications products and industry trends to provide expert guidance to customers.

What We're Looking For :

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 0 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail (experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with a wide range of customers
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop sales expertise
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers
  • A goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and with others
