Senior Visual Designer Job at Artisan Talent in Carmel

Our client is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join a digital creative team supporting a leading organization in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. This role requires a designer who can transform complex scientific and medical concepts into visually compelling, user-focused digital experiences that engage and inform healthcare audiences. You’ll work collaboratively across design, marketing, and product teams to uphold brand standards, enhance design systems, and deliver high-impact creative that bridges science and storytelling.

You Will :

Create innovative, visually stunning digital designs for websites, applications, presentations, and campaigns that align with established brand guidelines.

Take ownership of design projects from concept through delivery, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure solutions meet both user and business goals.

Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency and alignment across all creative deliverables.

Work within and contribute to an established design system, ensuring components are scalable and cohesive across products.

Advocate for user-centered design principles, creating intuitive and accessible solutions for healthcare audiences.

Translate complex or technical content into approachable and visually engaging communications.

Maintain meticulous attention to quality and detail, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and adherence to specifications.

You Have :

At least 7 years of professional experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across web, mobile, and interactive media.

Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Experience working within or contributing to design systems at scale.

Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to lead design initiatives and collaborate effectively.

A refined eye for visual storytelling and the ability to make complex content engaging and accessible.

Experience or familiarity with healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries preferred.

A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and passion for design craft and consistency.

Logistics :

Start Date / Duration : Starting ASAP through January 2027 (One Year+ and Likely Extended)

Hours / Week : 40 Hours / Week

Onsite / Offsite : Remote working roughly ET or CT hours (Must be based in the US)

Laptop / Software Requirements : Client-Provided Laptop & Software

Salary / Rate : $65 / Hour
