A company is looking for a Franchise Business Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Develop beneficial business relationships and foster collaboration among franchisees to achieve business targets
Conduct annual business reviews with franchisees to set goals for growth and profitability
Analyze franchisee performance to identify improvement opportunities and assist in implementing new processes
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in retail business planning and franchise growth
Strong track record of creating beneficial business partnerships
Ability to think strategically and analyze business performance
Understanding of financial drivers and market conditions in franchise operations
Preferred : Five+ years in management of retail tire and automotive service business
