Senior Intake Coordinator

A company is looking for a Senior Intake Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and answer phone calls, processing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Health (HH) referrals

Maintain and manage payer billing location information, adjusters, and case managers' data

Create and manage DME and Home Health referrals, ensuring proper documentation and communication with internal teams

Required Qualifications

Some college credit and / or experience in a related discipline

At least one year of experience with Injured Workers or Workers' Compensation Insurance

Proficient in computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and proprietary software

Knowledgeable of medical terminology and confidentiality requirements

Experience in DME, insurance, healthcare, or related fields is preferred
