Key Responsibilities
Develop beneficial business relationships and foster teamwork among franchisees to achieve targets and goals
Conduct annual business reviews to establish growth and profitability goals and assist with exit strategies when necessary
Analyze franchisee performance to identify opportunities for sales and profitability improvements, making recommendations for operational enhancements
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in retail business planning and franchise growth
Strong ability to analyze business performance and develop strategies for improvement
Understanding of financial drivers and market conditions affecting franchise operations
Five or more years of experience in managing retail tire and automotive service businesses is preferred
Bilingual in Spanish / English is a plus
