The Work

You won't be sitting in a facility. You'll be out in the community, networking, and helping people develop skills that actually matter. You'll work closely with Work With Purpose to bridge the gap between "pre-vocational training" and actual self-sufficiency.

The Gauntlet

We don't just check your references; we test your heart.

1. Round 1 - Vibe Check: You'll do a video assessment via Willo so we can see your energy before we meet.
2. Round 2 - The Profile: We use CliftonStrengths to see how you're wired. We only put people in positions where they can win. You will do a live interview with our hiring team to review the results.
3. Round 3 - The Shadow: You'll join us for a job shadow. You'll see the high bar we set, and we'll see if you can clear it.
4. The Launch: Our 1-60 day training is aggressive. It's designed to weave you into our culture so that by day 61, you live and breathe Avant values.
