Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic partner business plans to promote cloud adoption and digital transformation
Lead go-to-market planning and coach partners on sales strategies to drive execution of top opportunities
Establish trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite leaders and maintain engagement with partner teams to enhance performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in tech
Minimum 2+ years as a Partner Development Manager for a client or ISV
Proven ability to lead sales initiatives and develop joint business strategies
Executive-level relationship management and negotiation skills
