Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Memory Care & Assisted Living | Kingston at Dupont – Fort Wayne, IN

Full-Time or Part-Time | Indiana LPN License Required

What You’ll Do

Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Monitor resident health and promptly communicate changes to RNs and physicians

Support residents living with dementia through patience, empathy, and person-centered approaches

Collaborate with caregivers, residents, and families on individualized care plans

Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment where residents feel at home

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Indiana (required)

CPR certification required

Experience in Memory Care, Assisted Living, or senior care preferred

Compassionate mindset with strong clinical and communication skills

Dependable, team-focused, and adaptable personality
