Overnight Registered Nurse (Per Diem)

At Monte Nido Chicago, we are dedicated to saving lives and empowering individuals to achieve their healthiest selves. We are a residential treatment program for adults dealing with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction. Our holistic approach aims to restore physiological and nutritional balance, promote healthy eating and exercise routines, eliminate harmful behaviors, and foster motivation for treatment engagement. Our goal is to guide each client towards understanding their disorder and facilitating their personal recovery.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (Per Diem) to join our team.

Shift Availability: Day shifts (7am-7pm) and Overnight shifts (7pm-7am) as well as weekend and holiday availability are required.

Compensation: Competitive pay ranging from $36 to $43 per hour.

Responsibilities Include:

• Obtaining and accurately recording patient vitals.
• Monitoring and reporting any unusual client behavior.
• Administering medications as prescribed.
• Documenting all actions promptly and accurately.
• Modeling healthy eating behaviors by participating in mealtime activities.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license (or license-eligible).
• Experience in residential or inpatient behavioral health and mental health settings is preferred.
• Prior experience working with clients overcoming eating disorders is a plus.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required before starting (training can be provided).
