Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements : Graduation from an accredited radiation therapy program or equivalent.
  • Certifications Requirements : ARRT Radiation Therapy Certification (ARRT-T), BLS certification.
  • Experience Requirements : Minimum of 2 years of radiation therapy experience in a hospital setting.
  • Other Requirements : Valid driver's license, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills.

    • Job Responsibilities

  • Provide radiation therapy treatments to outpatient cancer patients using Varian Truebeam Linear Accelerators.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions and patient progress within EMR systems (EPIC / Aria).
  • Ensure safety protocols and compliance with all regulatory standards during treatments.
  • Support ongoing departmental operations and float to other sites as needed, with manager approval.
