Position Overview
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified bilingual professional to join their winning team for the role of Licensed Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Active Property and Casualty license is required prior to starting.
We seek a bi-lingual (SPN / ENG), energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role :
1. Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license or be willing to obtain prior to starting.
2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Golden Valley, MN. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
