Job Description

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.

Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine project scope and requirements.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate estimates.

Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive pricing.

Monitor project budgets and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.

Maintain records of all estimates, bids, and related documentation.

Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to provide accurate and competitive estimates.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in construction.

A successful Estimator should have :
