Position Summary

We're seeking a Contract Recruiter to provide immediate, high-impact recruiting support for our fast-growing organization. This role will focus on sourcing and full-cycle recruiting for technical and digital experience roles, including high-demand Adobe Experience Cloud talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, target profiles, and recruitment strategies.
• Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical and functional roles across the Adobe ecosystem (AEM Developers, Data Engineers, Architects, Digital Strategists, and MarTech Specialists).
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced boolean searches, job boards, and networking strategies.
• Manage candidate pipelines, screen applicants, and present qualified shortlists to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback sessions, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS (Workday preferred) and provide recruiting status updates and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and candidate engagement.
