A company is looking for a Senior Director of Business Development to lead a team in driving new business growth in the biotech and life sciences sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6-7 business development professionals
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within biotech, pharma, and clinical research markets
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of experience in business development or sales within biotech, life sciences, or clinical research
Proven track record of managing and growing high-performing teams
Expertise in sales methodologies, budgeting, proposals, and contract negotiations
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
