Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a leading organization in the aerospace manufacturing industry located in Briggs, TX that is seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to the Facilities Project Manager. This role will focus on assisting with facility development projects from an administrative perspective, requiring strong organizational skills, confidence in communication, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule : Monday-Friday,

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Facilities Project Manager with project planning, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain, track, and update reports related to facility development progress, timelines, and budgets.
  • Create, edit, and organize project documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Serve as an administrative point of contact for internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
  • Make and receive phone calls to coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Manage project data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team members.
  • Run and distribute reports for management review.
  • Support project workflow by tracking milestones and identifying potential bottlenecks.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for project documentation, both electronic and physical.

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in facilities management, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Experience managing data and running reports with precision and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable making phone calls to vendors and stakeholders.
  • Confidence and professionalism when working with all levels of staff and external partners.
  • Experience working with a builder, facilities project manager, or similar environment strongly preferred.
