Veterinary Receptionist

VCA Northwest Veterinary Specialists (NWVS) is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team!

Compensation : $ 21 / hr,Starting range is determined by skill set and years of experience in the field.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team! As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience. Your role is essential in supporting our veterinary team by managing appointments, client communication, and administrative tasks.

Schedule : Full-time, including some weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Schedule appointments, manage patient check-ins / check-outs, and process payments.
• Educate clients on hospital services, wellness plans, and pet care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
• Assist in handling client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Work collaboratively with veterinary teams to ensure smooth hospital operations.
