The Cash Management Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting cash management products and services to established business customers. This position will work closely with the Cash Management Specialist (CMS) and relationship officers in supporting Q cash management products for business customers and prospects. This person will coordinate Remote Capture, Business Banking accounts, and other similar products in support of the relationship officer.
The Cash Management Implementation Specialist is a member of the Cash Management Operations Department and is responsible for servicing current customer Cash Management accounts throughout the entire bank footprint. This will require working with sales officers, operations team, and product manager.
Essential Functions
- Support CMS efforts to review, define and expand current cash management programs.
- Responsible for managing the back-office client implementation process of all cash management products and services for business clients.
- Ensure all necessary agreements, contracts, and documents are completed accurately.
- Provide ongoing relationship servicing with current customers to maintain goodwill and gain additional business.
- Work with relationship officers to help provide cash management solutions.
- Provide assistance with external ACH and RDC audits.
- Assist with preparation and completion of annual product / service audits and risk reviews.
- Responsible for working with associated vendors for system updates and support cases.
- Ensure all new and existing customers are properly onboarded in Cash Management platforms.
- Assist in training branch / department representatives on Q cash management products.
- Solidify customer retention efforts by providing a superior level of customer service.
- Assist in market research to develop reports for pricing and improving strategies.
- Coordinate with various departments (Trust, Investments, Branches, Operations, etc.) in the servicing of routine transactions and in solving customer issues.
- Provide trouble shooting assistance for customers via email and telephone, and act as point-of-escalation for systemic issues.
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all Cash Management products and how they interact with other banking processes.
- Responsible for timely and accurate document retention for all Cash Management customers and associated documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational procedures.
- Works on special projects as needed.
- Provide backup support for daily wire and ACH processing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
