Job Summary

This role involves providing essential respiratory care to patients based on physician orders and departmental policies. You will work autonomously in various acute and critical care environments. This position requires collaboration with physicians and colleagues, recommending appropriate treatments when necessary. You must be equipped to care for patients across all age groups, including infants, children, adults, and the elderly.

We offer competitive sign-on bonuses for eligible full-time positions : $7,500 for therapists with one year of experience and $5,000 for those with less than a year, as well as benefits for relocation and student loan repayment programs.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not involve management responsibilities; you will report to a supervisor or manager.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Certifications

Those hired before June 2016 may be Certified Respiratory Therapists. Employees hired after June 2016 must pass necessary exams within the specified time frame.

NRP and PALS certifications are required for independent roles within NICU and PICU.

Additional Skills and Experience

Effective teamwork, strong communication skills, and proficiency in computer usage are essential.
