HR Works is partnering with a manufacturing client in Buffalo, NY to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner . This role will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and support overall business success.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with leadership to support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead recruitment strategies for skilled production workers, technical specialists, and engineers.
- Advise on complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations.
- Drive engagement, morale, and retention through strong relationship-building.
- Provide performance management guidance and coaching to managers.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Use HR metrics and data to deliver actionable insights for decision-making.
- Support succession planning, restructures, and training initiatives.
Requirements :
5+ years of progressive HR experience (manufacturing preferred).Strong knowledge of HR disciplines and employment laws.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ADP Workforce Now a plus.Bachelor’s degree preferred; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification a plus.Salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000 annually.
