[job_card.job_description]Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk. Monitor access to the residential building, verifying identification and / or credentials as required. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Maintain accurate logs and / or records of visitors, deliveries, and any unusual activities observed at the location. Communicate professionally with residents, guests, contractors, and property management to address inquiries and / or provide assistance. Support emergency response activities as appropriate, coordinating with emergency services when necessary. Observe and report any security-related concerns, maintenance issues, or policy violations to Allied Universal management and / or property representatives. Assist in implementing building policies and procedures to help to deter unauthorized access and / or disruptive behavior at the location. At least one year of security-related experience is required. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Job Description
As a Security Guard - Residential Concierge in Atlantic City, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will be the first point of contact, greeting residents and guests while monitoring entry points and assisting with security-related inquiries. You will help to deter incidents by maintaining a visible presence and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires driving responsibilities as part of the role, contributing to a welcoming and secure environment for all who enter the property.
