We are in search of a detail-oriented Director of Business Development to join our growing team.

Director of Business Development Responsibilities:

• Cold-calling and emailing potential leads and attending networking events to gain new business.
• Communicating with all levels of stakeholders within facilities and healthcare organizations to identify staffing needs and solutions.
• Attending conferences, site visits, and trade shows, as needed.
• Exceptional presentation, sales, and time management skills to generate a pipeline of leads through various channels.
• As the Director of Business Development, you will work across our Acute, Post-Acute, and Allied Health divisions.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of healthcare staffing sales experience, no other industries will be considered.
• Strong communication skills.
• Professional presentation skills.
