NOW HIRING : Business Office Coordinator

Responsibilities :

  • Receipt and check entry / deposit
  • Assist with Resident Fund System management
  • Review and process statements, invoices, insurance verifications
  • Census management, billing, collections
  • Medicaid tracking and maintaining patient files
  • Qualifications :

  • Ability to work independently or part of a group.
  • Computer knowledge.
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with residents and peers.
  • Prior Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Experience Preferred
  • Administrative / Clerical Experience Required
  • Healthcare or Collections / Billing Background Preferred
