Previous Customer Service & Experience Handling High Call Volume in Any Industry Preferred.

Parker Luxury Group , family-owned and operated since 1967,is seeking to hire Service Appointment Schedulers / BDC Representatives to assist the service departments of Parker Lexus, Parker Cadillac, and Audi Little Rock three of Arkansas leading luxury dealerships. Youll handle inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and follow up with customers all while providing the exceptional service experience Parker dealerships are known for.

Ideal applicants will be well-spoken and courteous to ensure a positive impression is made on our current and potential customers.

Those with previous customer service, clerical, business development, or call center experience will fit right in. Automotive experience is a plus, but not required. We provide paid training, ongoing development , and opportunities to grow into new roles within our expanding organization.
