Who Is Jlm Strategic Talent Partners & What Is Our Role

We partner with national and international prime contractors to provide them with qualified talent they can trust. We accomplish this by sourcing and vetting high-level career-seeking candidates in the industry and match them with our partners current open roles. Our objective is to help our general contractor partners build out project teams for high-level infrastructure projects across the US. We aspire to partner with candidates who are eager to learn, grow, and progress in their career path while deepening their knowledge in their given field.   • Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site.

    • Key Responsibilities / Skills

  • Some construction experience.
  • Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other employees.
  • Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly.
  • Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day.
  • Patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all clients and stakeholders, such as being personable and attentive.
  • Basic administrative skills.
  • Other duties as assigned.
