A company is looking for an Entry Level Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities :
Answer the participant services line and assist with retirement plan withdrawal and loan transactions
Work with participants and clients to initiate requests and address inquiries
Establish relationships with vendors and plan sponsors for effective communication
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree required
Bilingual speaking is a plus
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Strong organizational and coordination skills
