A company is looking for a Support Analyst - Breakfix Prioritization.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze the global IT breakfix ticket queue to identify unhealthy conditions
Manage escalations and manual override requests to maintain prioritization integrity
Collaborate with stakeholders and provide data analysis and reporting to support decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, service management, or support roles
At least 3 years of experience in hyperscale, mission-critical datacenter operations
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI and data visualization tools
Experience managing ticket systems or break-fix operations in IT environments
