Experience with patient ratios of 1 : 4
Familiarity with EPIC documentation system
Description :
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Progressive Care Unit.
This position requires the ability to provide care for cardiovascular patients.
Candidates must possess a valid RN license and relevant certifications.
Nurses will administer medications and monitor patients in a telemetry setting.
The role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary support services.
Travelers will be expected to float to similar units based on facility needs.
The position requires experience in managing cardiac drips and dysrhythmias.
Previous patient care experience in a progressive or critical care environment is essential.
This job supports a patient ratio of 1 : 4-5, ensuring personalized care.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are necessary.
