The Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor will lead the daily operations of the Food and Beverage Restaurant across FIRE Restaurant, Lounge, Banquet Events, and In-Room Dining. The Food and Beverage Restaurant Operations Supervisor ensures seamless service, exceptional guest experiences, supervision of the team, coordinating with culinary teams and upholding high standards of presentation and service.

Key Responsibilities for the FIRE Hotel Restaurant Operations Supervisor include:
- Supervising Daily Operations: Overseeing the restaurant's service flow, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Guest Experience & Service: Ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, managing special requests, and maintaining Commonwealth Hotels and The ART Hotel service standards.
- Team Leadership & Training: Coaching, training and mentoring Food and Beverage staff. Fostering a positive team-oriented environment.
- Inventory & Supplies Management: Monitoring stock levels, placing orders for food, beverages, and supplies, and ensuring proper storage and usage to minimize waste.
- Ensuring Compliance: Adhering to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and industry standards.
- Handling Financial Transactions: Assisting with cash handling, reconciling daily sales, and supporting budgeting and cost control efforts.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Working closely with kitchen staff, hotel management, and event teams to coordinate food service, especially for conferences and special events.
- Administrative Complete daily logs, banquet checks and operational report as needed
This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to maintain smooth operations and deliver a top-tier dining experience.
What We are Looking for in a Hotel Restaurant Operations Supervisor includes: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English and interact well with guests and staff.
- Self-starting personality with an even temperament, always maintaining a professional appearance and manner.
- Willingness to pitch in and assist co-workers, promoting a team-oriented work environment.
- Ability to apply basic supervisory skills, including planning, organizing, directing, coaching, training, and disciplining employees when necessary.
- Strong knowledge of food and wine pairing is highly sought after, contributing to an elevated experience.
