Excellent Excel and sheets ability (you should be prepared for a financial model case study). Experience and proficiency in SQL. Experience in Sigma, Looker or similar BI tool a plus. Strategic Finance Analyst II (Revenue, Marketplace)
Affirm is reinventing credit to make it honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without hidden fees or compounding interest.
We’re looking for a passionate, analytically minded professional to join the Strategic Finance team and support the growth of our Marketplace business.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as an end‑to‑end financial expert and drive business outcomes through strategic and analytic support for the Marketplace business.
- Analyze and report realized performance to company leaders and external partners on key top‑line performance metrics and targets, and drive accountability for results.
- Design and deliver scalable automated user and financial dashboards and analytics for cross‑departmental and executive consumption.
- Develop bottoms‑up business unit financial models for affirm’s Ad Revenue and Marketplace GMV.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (i.e., Strategic Partnerships, Product, Revenue Analytics, Merchant Pricing, and Credit) to scale marketplace profitably through high‑impact strategic projects.

Base Pay
USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year : $115,000 – $155,000
USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year : $102,000 – $142,000
Employees new to affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range.

The majority of our roles are remote and you can work almost anywhere within the country of employment. affirmers in proximal roles have the flexibility to work remotely, but will occasionally be required to work out of their assigned affirm office. A limited number of roles remain office‑based due to the nature of their job responsibilities.
