Role Overview :

  • Develop, implement and evaluate clinical education programs for Radiology operational components.
  • Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Patient care assignment covers various age groups.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assess and recommend quality improvements through data analysis and statistical research.
  • Maintain instructional program effectiveness and advocate for individual rights.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams for performance improvement activities.
  • Collect, analyze and display statistically valid data in various formats.
  • Identify educational needs and provide baseline information for process improvement.
  • Establish outcomes for educational programs and monitor their accuracy. xklufbp
