Part-time, Flexible Monday–Friday schedule, hours negotiable between 8am-5pm

Positions open: Seattle, Fife, Bellingham, Tacoma, Portland

$21 per hour + Performance Bonuses


**Applicants with sales experience or a degree in a sales-related field are strongly preferred**

A personal vehicle is required for this role.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales team to identify prospects, set appointments, and contribute to our company’s growth. This is not an account management role; instead, it’s an excellent way to learn the foundations of outside sales, develop professional confidence, and determine if a long-term career in sales is right for you.


Tasks and responsibilities

This role is tailored for individuals eager to learn the art of selling while actively contributing to the team. It’s perfect for self-starters who enjoy engaging with people and want to explore sales as a career path. You’ll spend time both in the field and at the office, gaining the skills needed for long-term success.

  • Actively prospect new business clients through in-person outreach and field visits
  • Set appointments with potential clients for the sales team
  • Follow up with interested prospects to maintain relationships and gather information
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support their pipeline development
  • Represent Copiers Northwest in a professional and approachable manner


Required skills and knowledge

We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, people-oriented, and curious about the world of sales. You do need some prior experience or sales-relevant education, but the keys to success are the right attitude and a willingness to learn. Our team will guide you every step of the way.

You have experience in Sales or a degree in a Sales-related fieldd

  • You enjoy speaking with new people and building friendly connections
  • You are outgoing, confident, and comfortable in face-to-face settings
  • You are eager to explore a career in sales and learn from experienced professionals
  • You can perform basic customer needs analysis to determine interest
  • You are consistent in following up and maintaining communication with prospects
