The Program Analyst will provide support for program performance and cost management evaluation activities. The role involves developing efficiency ratios, analyzing service-based costs, and generating business process redesign activities. The Program Analyst will also produce analysis results and create concise, comprehensive reporting products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support program performance and cost management evaluation activities
• Facilitate strategy planning meetings and technical interchanges
• Develop and present concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for reporting to stakeholders, Senior Leadership, and vendors
• Lead the creation of ad hoc reports on managerial, financial, and operational data
