Key Responsibilities
Manage local relationships and act as the primary contact for global customer teams in Australia
Respond to client needs and crises, ensuring immediate local support
Collaborate with account consultants for successful program launches and high-quality service delivery
Required Qualifications
2-4+ years of experience managing large corporate client relationships
At least 2 years of experience in an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or comparable mental health services setting
A suitable qualification or background in Psychology or Mental Health
Excellent presentation skills and credibility with senior customer representatives
Proactive and autonomous work style
