Position Overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist for a high-volume, short-term digital organization project. This role is focused on file management and data consolidation to ensure student records are accurately categorized and centralized.

Key Responsibilities

• File Consolidation : Access information across multiple digital drives and migrate specific components to a centralized destination.
• Document Identification : Review and identify various student documents, including applications, resumes, and academic transcripts.
• Data Accuracy : Ensure all components of a student record are complete and correctly labeled according to university standards.
• Workflow Management : Maintain a steady pace in a high-volume, repetitive environment to meet project deadlines.
