Unit Manager Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily clinical operations for your assigned unit

Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality care

Coordinate resident care plans with interdisciplinary teams

Monitor and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and state regulations

Serve as a leader, mentor, and resource for your team

Unit Manager Qualifications :

Current LPN license in the state of Ohio (required)

Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (preferred)

Prior supervisory or leadership experience a plus

Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

A passion for delivering excellent care and supporting staff
