To thrive in this role, you'll need: a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a proven track record of sales success and strong communication abilities; passion for helping people and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service; obtain the required P&C and Life & Health licenses (we'll support you through the process); an entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to grow your own book of business.
