Description
The IT Strategic Planner supports the development planning and execution of IT strategic and operational goals to ensure alignment with Emersons business objectives. This role is responsible for collecting and analyzing data preparing executive-level presentations and providing insights that enable IT leadership to make informed and data-driven decisions. The position plays a key role in supporting IT governance performance management and communication of ITs value to the business.
Ultimately the IT Strategic Planner helps enhance CIO effectiveness strengthen strategic alignment and foster greater engagement between IT and the business.

For This Role You Will Need :
BA / BS in Business Administration Finance Supply Chain Information Technology or related field
2 years of relevant experience
Proven track record of effective collaboration
Builds and manages high performance empowered teams
Passion for nurturing diversity and inclusion in Emerson
Leader of large scale complex business process and / or technology change mgmt. initiatives
Excellent oral and written communicator
Ability to make sound decisions in complex somewhat ambiguous situations
