The Job Details : The Engineer II position ensures maximum operating efficiency, minimal down time and conformity with all company, state, and federal health and safety rules. In addition, we need someone who works well with others and is self-motivated. Duties and Responsibilities include the following :

• Working knowledge on the level of refrigeration tech
• Proficient in forklift maintenance, mechanical skills, electrical, welding and general maintenance.
• Understand block flow diagram, SOP’s and P&ID’s.
• Perform duties to plan, schedule, operate, and maintain a refrigeration system.
• Assist in emergency response situations.
• Keeps all necessary records for the refrigeration system to stay compliant.
• Knowledge and practice with HVAC repair.
• Responsible for any routine maintenance and general housekeeping of refrigeration systems and warehouse related maintenance.
• Conducts daily routine inspections of all refrigeration equipment including Engine Room Log, and keeping of and maintaining records for compressors, evaporators and receivers.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facilities refrigeration system.
• Establish and maintain a high level of professionalism that supports collaboration and problem solving while building strong working relationships with facility management, subordinates, and vendors.
• Ensures that all OSHA and EPA operational requirements and regulations are met.
