Location / Division Specific Information

This role is based in our Pittsburgh PA office. Youll be joining our internal creative agency that reports to Corporate and supports divisions across the organization.

Are you looking for meaningful work as a creative leader Were looking for an innovative and strategic Associate Creative Director of Copy to help lead the voice and creative strategy for all written and verbal marketing communications including but not limited to web email digital and print pieces. Using strong creative leadership skills youll help guide the copy strategy through positioning identification and tactics.

A day in the Life :

• Leads and is part of a pod of writers serving various business partners delivering branded creative that consistently maintains high standards in support of client goals.
• Continuously evaluates / refines the copywriters work championing guidelines and prioritizing the customer experience.
• Leads the full creative journey alongside UX brand and creative managersfrom planning mapping and strategy to writing editing and proofreading the final output of the written / verbal communication.
• Helps lead copy processes and resourcing ensuring the teams consistency and readiness to achieve strategic objectives budgets and timelines.
