Schedule Shift : Varied (5 : 00 AM – 10 : 59 PM CST, 40 hrs / week guaranteed)

Pay Rate : $27 / hour

TITLE : Coding Specialist II (Fully Remote)

We're seeking highly skilled Certified Coders to join our team as Coding Specialist II professionals. This fully virtual opportunity offers the chance to support high-volume coding operations across multiple clinical areas while maintaining exceptional accuracy and compliance standards.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / TRAINING

Required :

AAPC Certification (CPC, CPC-H, or COC required)

Graduate of a coding or HIM program

Proficiency in 3+ specialty clinic areas

Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT / HCPCS, HCC, HEDIS CAT II, and Risk Adjustment

Ability to manage high-volume case loads

Evaluation & Management (E / M) coding expertise

Proficiency in assigning CPT codes

Reliable remote setup (dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, webcam)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform coding and charge reviews across multiple care settings
• Ensure compliance with CMS and facility guidelines
• Maintain 95% accuracy and productivity standards
• Review and resolve documentation discrepancies
• Participate in training and cross-coverage as needed
• Maintain CE credits and coding credentials
• Support positive collaboration with clinical and operational teams
• Follow all virtual employee and information security policies
