Project Controls Manager

A company is looking for a Project Controls Manager to support major transportation infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and recovery plans using scheduling software

Conduct critical path analysis, time impact analyses, and manage cost forecasts and budget tracking

Oversee standardized processes for cost and schedule assessment, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to financial controls

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 15 years of Project Controls experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Experience in a similar role on complex transportation projects (highway / bridge or transit)

Proficiency with Primavera 6

Experience with estimating principles and software
