Cellar Operator

Purpose : The Avery Cellar Operator takes ownership of beer quality and yield from the Cellar to the package. Dry-hopping, adjunct additions, tank cleaning, and yeast maintenance are all responsibilities of the Cellar Operator. This role is a Monday- Thursday or Tuesday - Friday shift position.

Responsibilities :

• Beer maintenance, yeast monitoring, dry hopping, and additions of sanitary post-

fermentation ingredients.

$19.00 - $22.00 depending on experience. Depending on shift, this role is entitled to additional Shift Premium pay.
