Pay Range : $25.00 to $32.90

Responsibilities :

• Tracks, analyzes, investigates and resolves service billings and inquiries in relation to contract.
• Provides information and recommendations to management to ensure contract terms and goals are aligned with customer's and company's needs.
• Provides ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested.
• Specialized knowledge of specific work processes or area.
• Provides analytical work to assigned area. Advanced knowledge of a specific field and applies this knowledge to look in-depth at information pertaining to the area.
• Manages, organizes, and analyzes data or other information.
