We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the Behavioral Health Payment Integrity business area. In this position, you will focus on financial data analysis, reporting, and ensuring quality assurance for client-focused initiatives. This is a long-term contract opportunity, offering the chance to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and drive savings and compliance. Responsibilities include :

• Collaborate with operational subject matter experts, finance teams, and BI developers to interpret financial and operational requirements for Behavioral Health reporting.
• Design and implement financial reporting solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory standards.
• Perform detailed data mapping and reconciliation for financial datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Validate financial data prior to ingestion and coordinate with data engineering teams for seamless integration.
• Work with BI developers to create dashboards that effectively reflect key financial performance indicators.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance testing on reports and dashboards before presenting them to clients.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise communication tailored to diverse audiences.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, support cost analysis, and contribute to actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and methodologies in data integration and reporting.
• Provide support for client savings and revenue improvement initiatives through accurate financial reporting.
