As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The GTMS Technology and Insights (T&I) Enablement Team focuses on the ever-evolving business and operations side of YouTube, providing tools, systems and processes that enable thousands of Googlers to support the growth of creators, artists, and YouTube as a whole. The Enablement team is a dedicated team of Technical Program Managers (TPgMs) acting as the operating system for critical initiatives across the YouTube business. We guide the alignment of priorities for YouTube "Business Organization" teams, and operate the end-to-end development life-cycle that brings business strategy to life through strategy, technology, and data.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in technical program management or engineering management.
• Experience with enterprise grade workflow tools.
• Experience in data analysis and visualization (SQL, Dashboards, Spreadsheets automation).
• Experience in both front-end and back-end software engineering.
